Calcium chloride is a chemical substance composed of chlorine and calcium, with the chemical formula of CaCl2, which is slightly bitter. It is a typical ionic halide, white, hard fragments or particles at room temperature. Colorless cubic crystal, white or grayish white, in granular, honeycomb block, spherical, irregular granular and powder forms. Highly hygroscopic, easily deliquescent when exposed to air.
